Le Sommet - Jeunes Entrepreneurs Congolais
Team Congo’s co-founder, Désiré Ilunga, took part in Le Sommet, an event organized by young Congolese entrepreneurs to promote innovation and sustainable growth in the Democratic Republic of Congo. During his presentation, titled “The Necessity of Strategic Investment in Congo’s Mining Industry,” he emphasized the importance of developing national ownership, transparency, and value creation within the mining sector. His contribution highlighted how strategic, responsible investment can empower Congolese communities and transform natural resources into lasting development opportunities.

Festival of Immigration, Culture and Citizenship held at LuxExpo
Team Congo was invited by the association Join One People ASBL to take part in the Festival of Immigration, Culture and Citizenship held at LuxExpo in Luxembourg. During this event, where the Democratic Republic of Congo was in the spotlight, we had the opportunity to discuss the country’s current situation and the ongoing crisis in its eastern regions. The exchange served as an important platform to raise awareness about Congo’s challenges, share insights from the field, and strengthen connections with the broader international community committed to justice and peace.
